Description:
Lockhart supports a citywide ordinance to ban vape shops and dispensaries within a mile of any school and pulling Charlotte out of the Transit Governance Interlocal Agreement if a new structured agreement cannot be constructed. He argues that the measure is a “Band-Aid” for Charlotteans.
