N.C. District Court 36 Seat 9 (Unexpired)

District courts hear civil cases that involve divorce, child custody, child support and cases involving less than $25,000. They also hear criminal cases that are misdemeanor and infraction cases.

District Court District 36 covers Catawba as well as Caldwell and Burke Counties. All the judicial races in Catawba County are uncontested in this general election.
