Description:
According to a Ballotpedia candidate survey from 2024, Cavender's two most important campaign issues are “recreational marijuana legalization and Constitutional Carry.” He presents himself as "THE pro-freedom candidate" who believes the state should not punish citizens for growing plants, gambling or exercising gun rights. He briefly appeared in a live CNN broadcast in 2024 protesting Donald Trump, when Trump was delivering a speech at the Libertarian National Convention.
