Town of Huntersville Board of Commissioners
Voters in Huntersville will elect six commissioners and a mayor, each of which serve two-year terms. The races are nonpartisan, which means that party affiliations will not be listed on the ballots. Two years ago, Democratic candidates swept all seven of the seats.
Huntersville’s population is about 62,000 and the median household income is $119,000. About 42% of voters are unaffiliated, 29% are Republican and 28% are Democrat.
