Description:

Shaw is running for his third term. He began his career with the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation, where he served as a deputy director. He then joined the Cabarrus County Sheriff's office as an investigator. On his Facebook page, Shaw states one of his top priorities is public safety. He wants to ensure "that our officers and deputies have the resources they need." Shaw also believes in strong immigration law enforcement.
