Description:
Johnson says on Facebook that as a town commissioner, she has helped create “responsible budgets, safer neighborhoods, better roads, and thoughtful, balanced growth.” She says she is running again “to continue building a safe, vibrant, and connected Cornelius.” She also served on the town planning board for 8 years. She says she supports the sales tax referendum on transportation because “we desperately need help with our roads” and cited congestion challenges in her own commute.
