Voters can check if they are registered on the N.C. Board of Elections website at this link. For voters who are not registered, they may still be able to vote by registering during early voting. Those voters must bring specific identification requirements in order to cast a ballot. While registration to vote is possible during early voting for eligible voters, new voter registration is prohibited on Election Day.
