Gallo says he has been "an active participant in Council meetings" and says that Pineville needs strong representation "when it comes to working on infrastructure projects with Mecklenburg County, developers, and the city of Charlotte." He says his background is in "executive leadership roles." He says that he has experience with risk management, budgeting and contract negotiations and that he will "keep Pineville's finances strong."
